DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All Orders are shipped through UPS! UPS GROUND SHIPPING can take anywhere from 3-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, all orders $250 and above will require a signature confirmation. After your payment is authorized and verified, processing time could take up to 24 hrs. Weekends and holidays are not included in the shipping time frame.

If our verification team needs additional information your order may be delayed 1 to 2 business days. If additional information is required for further verification you will be contacted via email or phone. Please enlist a valid phone number so that we may contact you in case of any issues or delays regarding your order. Please check your email if your order has not been processed within 24 hours. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate /incomplete shipping information or further verification your order processing time may be delayed an additional business day.


YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO CHECK OUT THROUGH PAYPAL. 

PayPal is our only merchant, you do not need to have a PayPal account to check out through PayPal. As long as the address used is confirmed you will be shipped out within 24 hours. 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order has been shipped, an email confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to you. Once your package is scanned by the UPS carrier your package will be able to be tracked from the time it was scanned until the day it shows delivered. Tracking your order once your package has been shipped is important because unfortunately, we aren’t responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED”. To make things easy for you, there will be a "Where’s My Order" link located at the bottom of our home page so that you will be able to track your order at any time.

 

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

Orders are shipped out Monday - Friday at 10 A.M.

Please note that any orders placed on Friday after 10 A.M., Saturday, or Sunday are processed the following Monday.

(If Monday is a Holiday, then the order will be processed on Tuesday) 

UPS Ground shipping takes 3-5 business days

UPS Next Day Air shipping takes 1 business day

UPS Next Day Air Early A.M. takes 1 business day

UPS Next Day Air Saver takes 1 business day

UPS Second Day Air takes 2 business days

UPS Three-Day Select takes 3 business days

International shipping can take 6-10 business days 

If your package is returned to our facility by our provider (under the same label) for any reason, there will be a $10 return shipping fee that is applied for domestic orders. (Return shipment cost may vary on international shipments)

A signature may be required upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping charges will be determined based on the shipping destination. Delivery can take between 6-10 business days.

Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Chloe’s Boutique.com cannot predict what your duties, taxes, and cutoff fees may be. Chloe’s Boutique.com is not responsible for the payment of customs, taxes, and duties. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.

Being that we use PAYPAL only as our merchant we’re able to ship to a different shipping address along as the address is confirmed!

PO BOX AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES

We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories, these orders will be shipped via USPS.

The number of shipping items to APO/FPO/US territory address cannot exceed 5 if using the 2976 customs form.

We are not responsible for stolen packages.
